12V DC ==> 500 V &/OR 1000 V the best topology to this design?

I'm working about a converter. I need to have two outputs of 500 V and 1000 V from 12 V DC (one general battery). The maximum duty cycle is 35 % and frequency is from5 Hz to 130 Hz.

My doubt is about the best topology to this design.

Thanks in advance

You make no sense because you forgot to say how much current.
You forgot to say if the waveform is square-wave, sine-wave or a modified square-wave.

Are you making a simple high voltage circuit to make a Xenon bulb flash for a little camera?

Please say all these details.

I have one battery of car, I think that it is possible have 4000 WATS of power, but I'm not sure about this. I would like have a modified square-wave ( maximum duty cycle is 35 % and frequency is from5 Hz to 130 Hz). I was thinking about two converters. First I use a Mosfet + a pulse transformer to one output of  500V and then with another pulse transformer to second output of 1000V!

Again you forgot to say how much current.
A car battery can supply 4000W (333.3A) for about 1 minute then the electrolyte boils and the battery blows up.

What will you use 500V at 6.4A for?
