Does this cheap PCB service have a quality supports?

A few days ago, I find a website provide really cheap PCB . 10 boards, 5cm x 5cm for $9.90 plus $5 shippping.
they also provide green,red, white, yellow, blue 5 kinds of  colors for free.
But I google this" Fusion PCB service & elecrow ",I don't find anyone share their orders quality from this website.
Does anyone ordered from  this "Fusion PCB "?

it seems that there is no person  get PCBs from this PCB service factory. I'll spent $10 to check their PCB quality by myself. because they really provide a very great price.
and I hope their PCB is high quality with great price.

I have ordered the PCB service at December 31,
What a surprise is that they have shipped to me today though there is a New Year's day holiday!

BUT I don't know when can I get  it , I chosen the Air mail shipping service.

I have ordered several pcb there, their service is very good.

But I don't know why they don't provide black board as they provided before.
I like black board.

It's my problem. because the attachment is larger than 3000k. That's why it happened.

I have ordered PCBs at elecrow for nearly ten times.
The quality is not good as OSH park. But it's good for prototyping-color free and 100% E-test free.

They also have component sourcing service for something that you want to purchase
and PCB assembly service for little batch.

i heard elecrow and never use it, why you search " Fusion PCB service & elecrow " on google? they are two companies and i ordered my boards from Fusion last month, really cheap pcb with great service, and yes, they have quality supports.
