I bought a RGB control unit for a 12volt LED strip and shorted pins when testing voltages. I blew out the Blue transistor on the the board. I know very little about circuits but I do know how to solder. The transistor has small identifying numbers on it I believe are: "X0HP" with a "4D" on its side. I was hoping someone could make some suggestions on what to use.
The values across 1 and 3 are 781
The values across 2 and 3 are 493
The pins are 1 = negative
The pins are 2 = negative
The pins are 3 = positive
