lcd of palmtop pc

where can i use the lcd of palmtop pc?
i want to use my lcd to watch movie.is it possible to  do this?I have found a palmtop pc.it is not working.so i dont know how to make that. .and also in india there is less experter of this.
pls give me a detail information about the pin of lcd.it have 16 pin in lcd
