Hi, i need opamps which it's output can sink minimum of 0.2A.

National Semi has a power opamp. It is rare and is expensive.
Why not use a common and inexpensive audio power amplifier IC?
Why not use an ordinary opamp that is driving a transistor?

I need opamp which it's output can sink 0.5 A or more, the opamp is for constant current power supply design to supply current 30A or more.

The LMH6672 can provide 200mA.
