Power supply Enclosures

Hey so I'm trying to optimize my power supply design for cost.  The circuit design to me isn't a problem but my familiarity with fabricating front panels and mounting various components to an aluminum chassis at a low price is a problem!  I looked at the website suggested earlier for professional quality front panels, but right now that's not really what I'm looking for.  I am looking for a supplier of aluminum panels with various dimensions and reasonably priced; particuarly, dimensions which would fit a front panel design.  Any suggestions are welcome!

I may be able to help you in the future.  I am in the process of buying a cnc machine that will cut aluminum.  All I would need is a cad drawing of what you wanted cut.
