Why don't you ask the manufacturer / supplier what to do with it?

The mag drill is a Universal motor, the motor would normally have two leads. or possibly four if it is normally reversible.
Identify the commutator and the fields they should all be wired in series, if no need for reverse then they can be left permanently connected in series.

Sir bear dean . . . . .

Herewith, is all of your relevant info . . .with it being condensed into one page . . .with my additional inserts.
This is what Milwaukee says should be the wiring codes, excepting your found BLUE versus GREEN discrepancy.

Wonder if you might have actually got yourself an e-bay MILSQUAWKEE . . .Chinese clone.

Ask for my further help if you can't relate to the one odd color coded wire, as to whether it is being an armature or field connection.

On my BIG Milwaukee's my power cord plug into the drills are like the YELLOW fig one illustration, but with only 3 leads.
On yours, as it is shown, its supposed to be a 4 pin connector that plugs into the mag control panel , where the drill power switch is also located, along with the control of the electromagnetics aspect of the unit..
