    I would listen for a noise as if it was trying to eject but could not. The mechanism could be jammed or the gear or drive belt broken. It could also have a bad drive motor. Does it have a small eject hole designed to accept a paper clip to manually eject? Does display give error code?

    I'm sure it does say 20ma on the led, but I wonder if this indicator has build in voltage divider resistors designed for line voltage which causes it to draw much more. It'd have to be one heck of a long run for voltage drop to be an issue at only 20ma.

    It's likely fried for leaving out the snubber diode hevans1944 spoke of. Its probably wise to double check that the base resistor is sized correctly for the solenoid load.

    Your welcome. It may not be your model or options, but it does show a tremolo option. I find manufactures often use the same board layout and just add or omit components depending on which model you have. Hopefully it's close enough for you to figure out.
