    In that image you can't see the offset of the magnets it was just to show that the magnets north poles are facing one way. thought it might confuse things when I posted it the magnets are offset and out of phase 120 degrees

    what I meant is that the ones on the back would be in parallel and the ones on the front will be in parallel but the ones on the back and front would not be in parallel
