    EMI shouldnt be a problem either way. Capacitor lead length is more important in most cases but again not for EMI issues. You get about 1 nH per mm of lead or track. This will add extra inductance to the component limiting its responce to fast transient currents. Adam

    If you take the output from the divide buy 10 pin as shown, you can see that the higher frequency (Green Trace) is 500 Hz is and the lower frequency (Blue trace) is 50 Hz. I'll leave you to work out the buffer :) Thanks Adam

    You don't need a negative voltage to operate a p-channel. You connect the source to the positive supply and the drain becomes the output. However P-channels generally have higher RDS ON and switch slower than N-channels, so my first thoughts might not work in your application. Adam
