    The advertised coil resistance may be fixed but resistance could be added externally by a potentiometer to change the wattage. Notice how there's a range of power? You could also add a resistor to your 150watt light circuit example and lower the power it uses to 100 watts (..or lower)

    You may be able to change the jbox terminals to two tiered type terminals in order to gain space. Where does it kick them off? At the scale or down stream on the conveyor.

    I wouldn't use a timer other than the air burst duration or you'll have problems when conveyor speed slightly varies. If conveyor speed isn't too fast, you could alternatively use a solenoid kicker or a gate that would divert the bottle.

    Probably because its reading inductively. Like I said. Its designed to read on a range that the leads are plugged into. If you jumpered (shorted) from com to ma jack, it will likely zero the display.

    It should read 0ma because your red lead is in the 10A jack. Move it to the jack on the right to read mA but do not go over its max. (200mA ? I cant read it clearly)

    It sounds fine to me. You can either tie all your "-" (negatives) to earth ground, or just tie the two together and have a floating neg rail. As long as your grounds are tied together at the source only you won't have ground loops.
