9 LED UV disco light - remote control issue

I believe it to be RF. The board has a 6.7458MHz crystal which can be used for the 433.92MHz transmitter frequency. These are very common with cheap 433MHz transmitters and receivers. You would have to try several cheap transmitters to find out which one works for your unit. Try eBay, they have...

have motor turn an oval platform

Have a look here for plastic gears and pulleys. Two same size gears will give a sort of oval shape. Changing the distance between them will elongate the oval shape. The motor shaft will drive one gear, the other will free wheel. You’ll need to cut the desired size oval in plastic or thin...

    Pioneer S-W700 Subwoofer

I keep old transformers, motors and inductors for the magnet wire (enamel wire) for this very purpose. Even single strands from stranded copper wire works fine but is not insulated. So careful bending and maybe glueing is required. Easy to do but takes patience and is worth it IMHO. Martin

    Pioneer S-W700 Subwoofer

You might consider a ‘point to point’ wiring repair. Basically a jumper wire/s replacing the traces. Martin

How do you control this? 4681jb1029j motor

Although it should work on 12V dc, it does say 13VDC @ 120mA. Does your 12V supply at least 120mA?. Also try the polarity as it also states CCW (counter clockwise). I can’t imagine it making any difference though. Martin
