    Audio Through Relays

Hello, Why do you want to switch the order? The whole point of multiple pedals is to place them in an order that suits the individual guitarist. It really is a personal touch!. I bet your Dad has some pedals he uses less than the others. A DIY pedalboard would be a nice christmas present. I made...

    Hello everyone :)

Yeah, Hmm, I probably did check the translation. But can't remember what I asked it to translate! As you know, some things get totally lost in translation.. EDIT: Haha, just checked it..You worried me.. Says "Good evening Constantine, this person is a sales person" Martin

    Help With Correct Power Supply

Not really. Just the ratings are important. Some electronics would prefer a regulated 12v supply. But I am pretty sure that the motors wont need that.. Martin

    Another transistor discussion

Hi Ratch, Thanks for the nice comments:) The reason I didn't mention op-amps is because we are talking about transistors. As already laid bare, the physics of the active region and leakage from base to emitter etc. Totally above my head...As Bob said "sitting pretty" all doled up and nowhere to...

    Help rebuilding High School project

With a 4017, I normally put a transistor at every output used to power more than the original.

    Help please !

Hi electric Al, The internal vibration suppressor has failed. "rubber" gone hard. As uncle EDD explained.:) Or a broken/weak ground wire. Would give clicks and pops when you touch it. Check the connections.. Martin

    Another transistor discussion

Hi guys to all involved in the transistor wars... Can I ask a really stupid question? No, stupider than my usual questions..!! When talking about transistors, the physics plays its part on how it works. But when people talk about a circuit that uses a transistor, the usual response is "but...

    Help With Correct Power Supply

Hi jr, I think you have answered your own question.. They are 12v and 1.2a each. So you need a 12v 1.2 a for individual operation or 12v 4.8A for all four. But give a little head room and get a 5.5 or 6A adaptor. Martin

    Weird Meter Problem!

Not another Martin!!!! I have similar issues with my fluke 7-600. It wont acknowledge resistors below 2k. Yet my cheap china DVM will go right down to 1 ohm. My Fluke is not an electronics tool. It is for the electrician. And also the auto ranging doesn't help with component level measurements...

    Help rebuilding High School project

Yes, sorry. That circuit is random with each switch press... But like I said, there are loads of circuits online. Keep with DISCRETE. Micro's will own us soon...:) I will post a few circuits as I find them that seem like your half of a schem!! Martin

    12vdc ground isolation

I can't find that. Have you got a link? Martin

    12vdc ground isolation

The other solution is the recommended charger that didn't cause problems. You tried 470 ohm resistors. That is not an audio isolator. They should have been 10 to 100 ohm. But that wouldn't have worked either. Hope you sort it. Can you tell us how you sorted it when you do please? Martin

    12vdc ground isolation

You just put it between audio out and audio in. Martin
