so tried this cant find a suitable 0.33uf fast cap I need a fast 330nf or 0.33uf to put into the 7805?? the one in the image is no good!
will these suffice for the 100nf caps because I've got loads!?

in easyeda how do I take off the values in blue writing? it looks really messy! do I need any more caps on the input and output to the inverter or over the Arduino signal pins are there any that I've missed???

No. Who suggested that? The MOSFETs already have parasitic capacitances.
