Hi, i want to make circuit to replace the mechanical clutch for starting capacitor in 220V AC motors. I think that will be Triac switching. This starting capacitor approx. 100Mfd/440vac contact for a moment for starting torque only and then disconnected until motor in run position. Pl. help me to get this circuit. Thanks

Do you understand the purpose of a starting capacitor in an AC motor? Why it is needed?

You mean the Centrifugal Start Switch. It seems it can be replaced with a BIAC, a Solid State Relay, or a Potential Relay. Look here for more tips/ info.

I want to know that solid state relay can work on capacitive load? I know that SSR works very well on inductive load.

When I quickly Googled the expression(s) I got the impression there are devices specifically made for that job. Did you click the link? More names are mentioned there.
