I tried in futile to get two datasheets for 16*3 LCD displays that i got few with me. 1. WD-C1603P made in 2003 and 2. GMX1603-16 made in 2005 these have flat cable SMD connectivity and 16 pin through hole ( not a standard 0.1" pitch) connecting facility.
