steven Posted September 14, 2004 Report Posted September 14, 2004 :) the picture of this mofet testor, is very neat. i used a large intergrated circuit socket and cut out 3 sections to use as a mosfet socket, to plug the mosfet into, before testing it, i sent one of these simple n channel mosfet tester to a friend of mine and he took it in to show some coleages of his. they had a really exspensive n channel mosfet tester but for the size and super cheap price it costs to biuld mine. they were imppressed. steven Posted December 28, 2005 Report Posted December 28, 2005 here is the printed circuit version of the simple n channel mosfet tester and it will even test the large irfp460 mosfets to with ease Quote
steven Posted December 28, 2005 Report Posted December 28, 2005 :)be carefull when selecting the 1m resister here as they look like a 10m resister unless you look at it under a bright light to see the colour band properly as the blue band in a 10m resister looks almost like the green band in the 1m resister Quote
steven Posted January 16, 2006 Report Posted January 16, 2006 to speed up the n channel mosfet testing, change the electro to a 2.2uf 100 volts electro Quote
