To determine the essential characteristics of a transformer, you will need to take some initial measurements. Most of these are quite straightforward, but must be done with reasonable accuracy or the end result will be meaningless. The end result shows the loaded and unloaded output voltage, VA rating, and lots more. Note - requires VB6 runtime library to operate.
