MINIX has introduced the N304-AI, a compact mini PC powered by Intel’s Core 3 304 SoC with integrated Intel Graphics and an Intel AI Boost NPU. The system combines 16GB of LPDDR5X memory, dual M.2 NVMe slots, dual Gigabit Ethernet, and triple 4K display support in a compact enclosure.

The Intel Core 3 304 features five cores, including one performance core and four efficiency cores, with a maximum clock speed of 4.3GHz and 6MB of cache. The processor platform provides up to 24 TOPS of combined AI performance, with 15 TOPS from the Intel AI Boost NPU and another 9 TOPS from the integrated graphics.

On the software side, the MINIX N304-AI comes with 64-bit Windows 11 Pro preinstalled. It supports features such as advanced networking and domain management and can be used with the system’s Intel AI Boost NPU for local AI workloads.

We covered MINIX mini PCs like the NEO Z100-0dB, Z100-AERO, Z300-0dB, and Z150-0dB, which use older Intel chips without an NPU. We also covered the larger ER939-AI with AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 and up to 126 TOPS. Compared to all of that, the N304-AI uses the same small 127 × 127 × 46 mm design but switches to Intel Core 3 304 with up to 4.3 GHz and 24 TOPS AI performance. It has 16GB LPDDR5X, a 512GB SSD, two extra M.2 slots, dual Gigabit Ethernet, and HDMI, DisplayPort, and USB-C for three 4K displays. Windows 11 Pro is included.
