https://www.electronics-lab.com/micro-peltier-modules-have-footprint-down-to-3-4mm-square/

The CP series of solid-state micro Peltier modules from CUI Devices has a footprint down to 3.4mm square. CUI Devices’ Thermal Management Group has launched a sreies of solid state thermoelectric cooling modules with small footprint. The micro Peltier modules have a package sizes with dimensions from 3.4 x 3.4 mm for the 700mA CP0734-M to 9.5 […]

Energy Harvesting Circuit

https://www.electronics-lab.com/energy-harvesting-circuit/

by hackarobot.com: Recently, I built an energy harvesting circuit based on an ultra low voltage DC/DC step up converter chip (LTC3108) from Linear Technology. With a 1:100 coil transformer (CoilCraft LPR6235), it converts the tiny voltage generated from Peltier thermo-electric generator into high enough level to drive small circuits.
