The Waveshare RPI-HMI-080D and RPI-HMI-101D are industrial-grade HMI touch displays designed for Raspberry Pi systems. These displays are available in 8-inch and 10.1-inch sizes and are built for demanding industrial applications. They feature dual 4K HDMI outputs for high-resolution video and a 10-point capacitive touch interface for accurate and responsive input.

The displays incorporate optical bonding technology to enhance screen clarity and reduce reflections, improving visibility in various lighting conditions. The robust aluminum alloy casing provides durability and effective heat dissipation, ensuring reliable operation in harsh environments.

Industrial grade HMI touch display specifications

The touch display is designed for Raspberry Pi 5 and Raspberry Pi 4, supporting direct DSI interface connectivity with a refresh rate of up to 60Hz. It is compatible with the Bookworm OS without requiring additional drivers, enabling seamless integration for industrial and embedded applications.

Built with an aluminum alloy enclosure, the display utilizes passive cooling technology to manage heat effectively. The robust metal casing ensures efficient heat dissipation through natural convection, eliminating the need for fans. This design enhances thermal performance, extends the device’s lifespan, and allows for silent operation.
