The AMobile SoM-SD520 and SoM-SD720 are a pair of new System on Modules (SoM) designed for Edge AI and Generative AI workloads with up to 10 TOPS of AI performance. With 16 GB LPDDR5, 128 GB UFS 3.1 storage, and optional Wi-Fi 6/Bluetooth 5.2, these modules are designed for smart surveillance, retail kiosks, healthcare devices, and industrial automation, where Edge AI is essential.

Other features of the SoMs include dual MIPI CSI, multiple USB 2.0/3.2, PCIe 2.0, Gigabit Ethernet, I²S audio, and a wide choice of display outputs (MIPI DSI, LVDS, eDP, and DisplayPort with dual-display support). Both models use a 260-pin SO-DIMM connector in a 62 × 50 mm SO-DIMM form factor and weigh only 14 grams. These features make these modules suitable for embedded AI applications.
