The Qualcomm X105 is the first modem-RF system in the world that is ready for 3GPP Release 19. It allows for 6G development and testing and supports 5G connectivity up to 14.8 Gbps download and 4.2 Gbps upload peak data speeds. The Qualcomm X105 introduces innovations in the first quad-frequency (L1, L2, L5, L6) GNSS engine and integrated 5G NR-NTN support for video, data, and voice over satellite, building on Qualcomm Technologies’ decades-long leadership in connectivity. It also achieves notable improvements in data speeds and power efficiency.

The Qualcomm X105 accelerates the adoption of 5G Advanced across smartphones, FWA, automobiles, XR, PCs, and IoT by offering unparalleled performance, power efficiency, and spectrum flexibility. The Qualcomm X105 5G Modem-RF, which is powered by the 5th-generation Qualcomm 5G AI Processor, uses agentic AI inside the modem to enhance performance and user experience in social media, video calling, and mobile gaming. It has a number of firsts in the world, including a 6nm node RFIC transceiver (sub-6/mmW), reducing power consumption by 30% and reducing PCB footprint by 15%.
