ESP32-C3 Upgrade Board Adds ESPHome Support to AC Infinity Airtap Fans

The AC Infinity Airtap T4/T6 is a drop-in replacement board for the AC Infinity Airtap Fans. It works with both 3-button and 4-button models and adds Wi-Fi and smart home support using ESPHome, so you can control your fan from your phone or Home Assistant.

The board is built around the Seeed Studio Xaio ESP32-C3 module and includes a small OLED screen, a temperature sensor, and supports one or two PWM fan outputs, depending on the version. It’s built around the ESP32-C3 chip for strong Wi-Fi connectivity and easy firmware updates.

The module fits neatly inside the fan’s original case and supports models like AC-RBF4, RBF6, and more. The 4-button version is plug-and-play, while the 3-button version may need basic soldering for power. It’s certified open-source hardware and designed to make your fan smarter with automation and remote monitoring.
