Grinn GenioSOM-360 SoM Powered by MediaTek Genio 360P
Compact 30×30mm SoM using MediaTek Genio 360P with 7.4 TOPS AI, octa-core CPU, rich I/O, and up to 8GB LPDDR4x for edge AI and embedded systems.
Grinn GenioSOM-360 SoM based on MediaTek Genio 360P
The GenioBoard, a small single-board computer designed to speed up the development of embedded and AI-enabled systems, was introduced by Grinn. It combines a 7.4 TOPS AI accelerator with the company’s Grinn GenioSoM-360, the first system-on-module (SoM) based on MediaTek Genio 360P octa-core Cortex-A76/A55 SoC. It is designed for edge AI applications in space-constrained applications and comes in a small (30x30mm) LGA package.
The SoM has a PMIC, up to 8GB LPDDR4x RAM, up to 64GB eMMC flash, and 303 pads that expose all I/Os, including MIPI DSI, LVDS, eDP/DP display interfaces, MIPI CSI camera interfaces, Gigabit Ethernet, USB 3.2/2.0 interfaces, PCIe Gen2, CAN FD, and additional packages.
