iG-RainboW-G69M—TI AM62Lx SoC

Built around the TI AM62Lx SoC, the iWave Systems iG-RainboW-G69M is a 30x30mm LGA form factor OSM Size-SF System on Module (SoM) with two 64-bit Arm Cortex-A53 cores operating at up to 1.25GHz. The CPU module, which is centered on the OSM v1.2 standard, supports dual 1Gb RGMII interfaces, 8GB eMMC (expandable), and 1GB LPDDR4 (expandable to 2GB). Through a combination of 332 LGA contacts exposing interfaces comprising RGB LCD and MIPI CSI display interfaces, dual gigabit Ethernet, I2S audio, USB 2.0 interfaces, and an assortment of low-speed I/Os, it is specifically designed for embedded and industrial applications.
