The Core1106 is a core board based on the Rockchip RV1106 series chips, designed for high performance and expandability. It provides a platform for developers to design custom hardware, verify designs, or integrate directly into products, reducing R&D cycles. The board supports a wide range of interfaces via castellated holes, including MIPI CSI, RGB LCD, GPIO, UART, SPI, I2C, USB, Ethernet, and SDIO. An optional wireless module is available, with two chip options—RV1106G2 and RV1106G3—to meet varying application requirements.

The Core1106 integrates a single-core ARM Cortex-A7 32-bit processor with NEON and FPU for efficient computation. It features Rockchip’s 4th generation NPU with support for int4, int8, and int16 hybrid quantization, offering 1 TOPS for RV1106G3 and 0.5 TOPS for RV1106G2. The chip includes the ISP3.2 engine, which supports up to 5 MP cameras and advanced image processing features like HDR, WDR, and multi-level noise reduction. These capabilities make the Core1106 suitable for image processing, AI-driven applications, and embedded solutions.
