MSI MS-CF27 3.5-inch SBC With Intel Processor

MSI has introduced the MS-CF27, a compact Intel 3.5-inch SBC designed for industrial automation, edge networking, smart gateways, and fanless embedded applications. The board follows earlier embedded platforms such as the MS-CF16 V3.0 and MS-CF19, while adding newer Intel Alder Lake-N, Twin Lake-N, and Amston Lake processor options with low-power operation and multiple connectivity interfaces.

The Intel 3.5-inch SBC supports several processor configurations, including the Intel Processor N97, Intel Core i3-N305, Intel Amston Lake x7433RE, and Intel Twin Lake-N N150. Depending on the selected SKU, power consumption ranges from 6W to 15W TDP. MSI pairs the processors with a single DDR5-4800 SO-DIMM slot supporting up to 32GB memory on selected variants. The platform also integrates Intel UHD Graphics and supports triple independent displays through DisplayPort, HDMI, and LVDS/eDP interfaces.

The board targets industrial and edge computing deployments that require multiple LAN ports, serial interfaces, and low-power operation in compact enclosures.
