MYC-CZU3EG-V3 System-On-Module

MYIR has officially launched the MYC-CZU3EG-V3, its latest System-on-Module, which utilizes the AMD Zynq UltraScale MPSoC (XCZU3EG). The MYC-CZU3EG-V3 offers a quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 64-bit application processor with a maximum clock speed of 1.2GHz, a dual-core real-time ARM Cortex-R5F processor running at 600MHz, an embedded GPU (Mali400 MP2) and 16nm FinFET+ programmable logic device in addition to 4GB of DDR4 SDRAM, 8GB of onboard eMMC storage and 64MB of QSPI Flash default memory configuration, while integrating an Ethernet PHY, a USB PHY and a power module to support the minimum requirements for embedded control and processing functionality.

The highly efficient and integrated SoM is equipped with Ultrascale FPGA resources along with power management and clock generation functionality for efficient application development for high-performance applications in industries that include automation, machine vision, edge computing environments, aerospace systems, and telecommunications networks to facilitate standalone operations of the SoM.

Previously, we covered several MYIR System-on-Module and development board products, including the MYC-YR3562, MYC-YR3506, MYC-LT536 SOM and dev board, the Nuvoton NuMicro MA35D1-based SOM, and more. Feel free to check them out if you’re interested in these products.
