HUMAIN Horizon Ultra – An 80 TOPS AI Laptop with Snapdragon X2 Elite

Equipped with an 18-core Snapdragon X2 Elite, this 14-inch laptop brings localized processing, data sovereignty, and robust agentic workflows directly to employee endpoints.

At LEAP 2026 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, PIF-backed AI company HUMAIN and Qualcomm Technologies unveiled the Horizon Ultra, an enterprise Windows laptop designed for on-device AI processing. The device was co-designed over 12 months and uses local processing for supported AI workloads instead of relying entirely on cloud computing.

The Horizon Ultra is built around Snapdragon X2 Elite (X2E-88-100), featuring an 18-core Qualcomm Oryon CPU, an Adreno GPU, and an 80 TOPS Qualcomm Hexagon NPU. The CPU, GPU, and NPU handle different workloads, allowing supported AI models to run locally while cloud processing can be used for tasks that require additional computing resources. HUMAIN also introduced the standard Horizon alongside the Horizon Ultra, with a 12-core Snapdragon X2 Elite (X2E-80-100), while retaining the 80 TOPS NPU and the same battery capacity.

HUMAIN describes the Horizon Ultra as an “intelligence platform” rather than a traditional PC. It supports AI agents that can understand a user’s goal and handle multiple tasks to achieve it.

At the time of writing, the initial version runs Windows 11 Pro for enterprise use. HUMAIN also plans to introduce its own HUMAIN OS in 2027, with deeper integration between the laptop, HUMAIN’s AI models, and AI agents.

The Horizon Ultra became available for enterprise purchase on September 20, 2026, through AlFalak and HUMAIN’s authorized partners. The laptop is currently aimed at enterprise and government customers, with no public pricing or direct consumer store listing available. Businesses interested in purchasing the system can register through HUMAIN’s official Horizon page or contact AlFalak. Consumer availability is planned for a later date.
