Radxa Orion O6N Nano-ITX SBC featues Cix P1(CD8160) SoC with 30 TOPS AI Power
Radxa Orion O6N Nano-ITX SBC features a 12-core CIX P1 chip, 64GB LPDDR5, 30 TOPS AI, dual 2.5GbE, NVMe, and triple-display support.
Radxa Orion O6N Nano-ITX SBC
Radxa has recently introduced the Orion O6N Nano-ITX SBC, a low-cost variant of the Orion O6 mini-ITX motherboard, which they introduced last year. This new board features the CIX P1 (CD8160) 12-core Armv9 processor with a built-in 30/45 TOPS AI accelerator, making it suitable for AI, edge computing, and embedded applications that require high performance in a compact form factor.
The board combines up to 64GB LPDDR5 RAM, dual M.2 NVMe slots, UFS storage, and a range of display interfaces, including HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort 1.4, and USB-C DP Alt Mode for triple-display setups. Connectivity options include dual 2.5GbE ports, optional WiFi 7/6E and 5G modules, and multiple USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports. Expansion is supported via PCIe Gen4 x8 slot, M.2 sockets (E, B, and M-Key), and a 40-pin GPIO header for custom I/O. These features make it the same as the Orion O6, with fewer display interfaces, no dedicated audio port, 2.5GbE networking, and a few more as listed below.

Orion O6N Nano-ITX SBC Front and Back Side
The Radxa Orion O6N supports Debian and Ubuntu Linux distributions out of the box, providing a full desktop experience with UEFI boot via EDK II. Developers get access to a complete Board Support Package (BSP) and Software Development Kit (SDK) for custom builds, kernel modifications, in the documentation and download section of the products page, but the documentation section is under development. But you can check out the docs for the earlier O6 to get an idea.
