DragonStation and DragonBay NAS Systems

In collaboration with FeiNiu, Radxa is developing two Qualcomm-based NAS systems that enable support for fnOS:

  • DragonStation: A high-performance 6-bay M.2 NVMe SSD NAS featuring 10GbE networking. Enhanced with an AI accelerator card, it supports the operation of 120B local models and agents such as OpenClaw and Hermes.
  • DragonBay: A mainstream 4-bay NAS built on an unnamed Qualcomm mobile platform. It is aimed at high-capacity storage, media libraries, photo archiving, data backup, and multi-user file collaboration.

Further technical details about the two NAS systems have not yet been released.

Since the announcement, the Dragon Q8B has become available for pre-order, with shipping expected to begin at the end of July 2026. It now supports several Linux distributions, including Radxa OS, Ubuntu, Debian, Armbian, and Arch Linux. The Dragon Q5E is still an upcoming product, with availability and detailed documentation expected later. Radxa has also shared more information about the DragonStation and DragonBay NAS systems, but both are still under development and have not been released yet.
