Eaton SMBJ 600W Transient Voltage Suppressors

Eaton SMBJ 600W Transient Voltage Suppressors

Eaton SMBJ 600W Transient Voltage Suppressors offer less than 1μA typical IR above 10V, and fast response time, typically less than 1.0ps from 0V to VBR minimum. The series provides 600W peak pulse power capability at 10/1000μs waveform and excellent clamping capability. The low-profile SMB UL94V-0 packages are designed for surface-mounted applications to optimize board space. They are suitable for high-temperature reflow soldering (+260°C/40s at the terminal) and have terminals with solder-plated leads. Ideal applications for Eaton SMBJ 600W Transient Voltage Suppressors include consumer electronics, telecommunications, computing and servers, appliances, industrial automation, mobile, and wearables.
