Forlinx OK536-C industrial-grade SBC Features Allwinner T536 SoC with XuanTie E907 RISC-V MCU and 2TOPS NPU
Forlinx has launched the OK536-C SBC that is powered by the Allwinner T536 industrial-grade processor. The board is built with a modular design that incorporates the FET536-C SoM via a 320-pin interface. The SoM contains a 1.6GHz quad-core Cortex-A55 CPU and a 600MHz XuanTie E907 64-bit RISC-V MCU, allowing for both general-purpose computing and real-time control. It is supported by features like a 2TOPS NPU, secure boot, full-path ECC, AMP, LocalBus, Linux RT, FreeRTOS, and bare-metal system compatibility.
The FET536-C SoM is constructed using industrial-grade components and can operate from -40°C to +85°C. It is equipped with 1GB or 2GB LPDDR4 RAM and 8GB or 16GB eMMC storage. The module is powered at 5V and has dimensions of 45mm x 68mm. Four 80-pin board-to-board connectors offer access to a broad set of I/Os via an optimized pin layout.
The carrier board extends connectivity by providing interfaces like USB, SDIO, UART, SPI, CAN-FD, Ethernet, ADC, and parallel LocalBus. LocalBus provides support for 16-bit at 100MHz or 32-bit at 50MHz data transfer to facilitate communication between the ARM processor and the FPGA. The system can be applied in data concentrators, DTUs, EV charging systems, transportation, robotics, and industrial control.
