
GigaDevice GD32H7 Cortex-M7 MCU with Integrates EtherCAT SubDevice Controller for Industrial Automation

The GigaDevice GD32H75E Cortex-M7 MCU is a 600 MHz Arm Cortex-M7 microcontroller designed for industrial automation and control. The main feature of this MCU is that it integrates an EtherCAT SubDevice Controller and offers 1024 KB SRAM, 3840 KB flash with security protection, dual Ethernet PHY support, USB Full Speed and High-Speed interfaces, and a comprehensive range of peripherals including SPI, I2C, UART, ADCs, and DACs.
The MCU supports real-time industrial communication with features like 8 Fieldbus Memory Management Units (FMMUs), distributed clock synchronization, and high-performance motion control with digital filter modules and trigonometric math units. Packaged in BGA240 configurations, it operates within a -40°C to +105°C range for harsh environments. All these features make this device useful for applications like servo control, variable frequency drives, industrial PLCs, and communication modules.
