The LILYGO T-Beam BPF is an ESP32-S3 board with SX1278 LoRa (144–148 MHz), OLED, GPS, Wi-Fi, BT 5, and AXP2101 PMU, ideal for IoT, tracking, mesh networks, and portable wireless projects.
LILYGO T-Beam BPF
The LILYGO T-Beam BPF is a compact development board designed for LoRa projects in the 144–148 MHz band, powered by the Semtech SX1278 transceiver. At its core, it integrates an ESP32 dual-core LX7 microprocessor, providing 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5 (LE) for modern IoT, telemetry, and LoRa-based communication applications.
Aimed at makers, students, and engineers, the T-Beam BPF includes a 0.96-inch SSD1306 OLED display, the AXP2101 power management unit, and versatile I/O through the ESP32. Its portable, battery-powered design makes it suitable for building remote sensors, portable trackers, or experimental mesh networks — offering a practical toolkit for a wide range of wireless projects.
We previously covered the LILYGO SoftRF T-BeamSUPREME, co-designed with SoftRF for compatibility testing. It features an ESP32-S3 dual-core LX7, SX1262 LoRa, GPS options (U-Blox MAX-M10S-00B/L76K), and 8MB Flash for versatile applications. Feel free to check if you are interested on this.
