NXP’s FXLS8964AF is a compact three-axis accelerometer designed for applications requiring ultra-low-power wakeup when detecting motion. The FXLS8967AF is a compact three-axis MEMS accelerometer designed for use in a wide range of automotive security and convenience applications that require ultra-low-power wakeup when detecting motion. The combination of sensor performance, system power-saving features, and extended overtemperature-range performance makes the FXLS8967AF an ideal accelerometer for automotive security and convenience applications.

The FXLS8974CF is a compact three-axis MEMS accelerometer designed for use in a wide range of industrial and medical IoT applications that require ultra-low-power wake-up when detecting motion. The part supports both high-performance and low-power operating modes, allowing maximum flexibility to meet the resolution and power needs for various unique use cases. The combination of sensor performance, system power-saving features, and extended overtemperature range performance makes the FXLS8974CF an ideal accelerometer for motion sensing in the IoT.

The FXLS8964AF and FXLS8967AF devices are AEC-Q100-qualified and operate over the extended -40°C to +105°C temperature range. These parts support both high-performance and low-power operating modes, allowing maximum flexibility to meet the resolution and power needs for various unique use cases.

FXLS89xx devices are available in a 2 mm x 2 mm x 0.95 mm, ten-pin DFN package with a 0.4 mm pitch and wettable flanks.

These smart sensors include advanced digital features such as the SDCD block for inertial event detection, auto wake/sleep, 32 sample FIFO/LIFO buffer, and a single-wire interface, ensuring overall power savings and simplified host data collection.
