Omron’s P-SON 4-pin, high-current, and low ON resistance type relays

Omron’s P-SON 4-pin, high-current, and low ON resistance type relays

Omron expands its MOSFET offerings with the G3VM-31WR(TR05), G3VM-61WR(TR05), and G3VM-101WR(TR05) relays in the P-SON package. Omron’s P-SON package has a terminal shape that improves solder stability and offers better solder visibility. The output terminal pad has been expanded to allow higher current within the small package.
