Sipeed has unveiled the NanoKVM-Go on Kickstarter, a miniature USB-C KVM solution for secure remote access to laptops, mini-PCs, tablets, phones and other USB-C devices. It is a 4K USB-C KVM that enables you to interface with any USB-C device from anywhere with one cable. It also supports “full screen memory,” a feature akin to Microsoft’s controversial Recall feature that lets an AI agent sift through your screenshots.

The portable device bundles video capture, keyboard and mouse control, dual band Wi-Fi 6 connectivity for wireless access, and browser-based access into a single USB-C connection. The NanoKVM-Go has resolutions up to 4K at 45 Hz or 2K at 90 Hz. Sipeed also supports Tailscale out of the box, allowing secure remote access without having to configure port forwarding or a VPN.

NanoKVM Go is compatible with any device with USB-C DP Alt mode support, including iPhone 15+, many Android phones, MacBook, Mac Mini, Steam Deck, Windows laptops and mini PCs, and so on. It allows control from a browserAside from the main USB-C connection, NanoKVM-Go also has a second USB-C port for additional functionality. The campaign pitches the port as a PD passthrough for keeping phones or tablets charged while connected, and for expansion options such as a “finger robot” accessory for physically pressing a power button on systems needing a hard reboot. The company has links to a GitHub repository and the wiki for the NanoKVM Go, but both are empty for now as the crowdfunding campaign has just kicked off. 

NanoKVM-Go and NanoKVM-Go+ are now exclusively available on Kickstarter with rewards starting at $69 and $99, respectively.  The shipments are expected to be shipped in August 2026. There are also multi-pack three-pack and five-pack rewards with an estimated delivery date of August 2026.
