Vishay Semiconductors VCAN26 BiSy ESD Protection Diodes

Vishay Semiconductors VCAN26 Bidirectional Symmetrical (BiSy) ESD Protection Diodes are low capacitance, dual-line ESD protection diodes in a small SOT-323 package. The VCAN26 is designed for CAN-BUS applications with a flexible data rate (CAN FD). The 2-line protection diodes offer a ±26.5V working range, an IR < 0.05μA low leakage current, and a CD = 3pF (typ. at 5V) low load capacitance. The Vishay VCAN26 ESD Protection Diodes have an available AEC-Q101 qualified selection and e3 pins plated with tin (Sn).
