The Sige6 Allwinner A733 SBC from ArmSoM combines an octa-core Allwinner A733 processor with AI acceleration, high-speed memory, wireless connectivity, and extensive I/O in a compact single-board computer. The SoC pairs two Arm Cortex-A76 cores running at up to 2.0GHz with six Cortex-A55 cores reaching 1.8GHz, while its 12nm architecture targets a balance between performance and power efficiency.

The board integrates a 3 TOPS NPU and Imagination BXM-4-64 MC1 GPU, giving developers hardware acceleration for AI workloads and graphics-intensive applications. It supports up to 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM, up to 128GB of eMMC storage, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, and 4K video processing. ArmSoM positions the Sige6 for edge computing, AI, ARM PCs, intelligent NVRs, cloud applications, VR/AR, and other embedded workloads.

The Sige6 supports Debian Linux and Android 13, with Armbian available as a third-party option. ArmSoM provides an Allwinner SDK for Linux development, allowing users to build Debian-based images and separately compile components such as U-Boot, the Linux kernel, and root filesystems. Developers can also access interfaces such as GPIO, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, camera, audio, RTC, and fan control through the Linux environment. ArmSoM offers the Sige6 through its online sales channels. The exact purchase price depends on the selected RAM and eMMC configuration. ArmSoM states that it plans to produce the Sige6 through at least January 2036, making the board suitable for projects that require long-term hardware availability.
