ROHM’s BD783xxEFJ-M series includes 6 dB to 26 dB voltage gain products. These Class AB amps have no requirements for care about EMI noise. Adopting a power package HTSOP-J8 achieves high output power. The low quiescent current can reduce battery consumption. The shutdown current is ultra-low at 0.1 μA (typ.) and the pop noise level when switching to shutdown is very small making this series suitable for applications where the mode changes often between a shutdown state and an active state.
