STMicroelectronics TSC200 Current Sense Amplifier

STMicroelectronics TSC200 Current Sense Amplifier

STMicroelectronics TSC200 Current Sense Amplifier is a high-side current sense amplifier that delivers an analog voltage output. It can sense current via a shunt resistor over a wide range of common-mode voltages, from -16V to +80V, whatever the supply voltage is. It is available with an amplification gain of 20V/V.

The STMicroelectronics TSC200 integrates an open-drain comparator with an output latch function and an internal 0.6V voltage reference connected to its input. The external resistor divider can then set the switching threshold. This device fully operates over the broad supply voltage range of 2.7V to 18V and the industrial temperature range of -40 to +125°C.

Features

  • -16V to 80V wide common-mode voltage
  • 2.7V to 18V supply voltage
