With the goal of reducing the form factor but bringing all the features and interfaces of a mini-ITX board, Radxa has launched the ROCK 5T single-board computer. This compact industrial-grade single-board computer is designed for 8K multimedia applications and high-performance computing in a smaller footprint than its predecessor.
Built around the Rockchip RK3588(J) system-on-chip, the ROCK 5T delivers robust processing power and secure connectivity options for edge computing, AI workloads, and embedded systems. Inside, the Rockchip RK3588(J) is an octa-core processor, featuring four Arm Cortex-A76 and four Cortex-A55 cores. This configuration ensures efficient multitasking and seamless handling of demanding workloads such as handling 8K video decoding and encoding.
