Milk-V Duo 256M is an SG2002-Powered Multi-Architecture SBC Priced at $7.99

The Milk-V Duo 256M is a compact board powered by the SOPHGO SG2002 SoC, integrating multiple architectures including Arm, RISC-V, and 8051. It has 256MB of built-in RAM and a 1 TOPS neural processing unit (NPU) for advanced computations. For storage, it features a microSD card slot. The board includes a connector for camera modules, a USB-C port for both power supply and programming tasks, and two sets of headers to extend its GPIO capabilities.

Previously we have covered  Sipeed LicheeRV Nano which also features the SOPHGO SG2002 SoC with optional Ethernet or Wi-Fi 6. We’ll look at the Duo 256M designed by Milk-V Technology in more detail.

Hardware documentation, such as schematics, PCB designs, and datasheets, can be found on GitHub. The website also offers guides on using buildroot (Linux 5.10 + FreeRTOS), the TDL SDK for utilizing the NPU in computer vision tasks like face detection, tracking, license plate recognition, and gesture detection, alongside examples for GPIO and more.
